Ingredients
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tbsp grated ready radish
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/2 cup thick whipped cream
Instructions
In the first step, put grated radish, vinegar, yellow mustard, and white pepper. stir until well mixed.
Put the whipped cream into the bowl of the beat mixer at high speed until the texture becomes stiff.
Add the sour cream mixture to the mixer and stir using a spatula.
After that put all the cream in a bowl containing the radish mixture, stirring again until mixed.
Store in the fridge for 30 minutes.
